Chip Walker
About Chip Walker
Chip brings 25 years of food service distribution expertise across the supply chain. He most recently served as CEO of Frosty Acres for six years, where he led significant growth by expanding membership and solidifying supplier relationships, resulting in double-digit sales increases. He currently serves on the IFPA board and chairs the Foodservice Council.
Brian Kane
About Brian Kane
Brian oversees daily operations at PRO*ACT as COO, managing Procurement, Food Safety, IT and HR. He joined in 2008 as VP of Client Services, leading the development and management of sourcing and distribution programs for multi-unit, food service clients. Prior to PRO*ACT, Brian spent over a decade in purchasing and operations for leading restaurant chains.
Kevin Vogt
About Kevin Vogt
Kevin brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in financial management and executive leadership. Prior to joining PRO*ACT, Kevin served as the Managing Director at the Swanson Family of Companies, where he oversaw the Family Office and played a key role in succession and estate planning for the family.
Before his time with the Swanson Family, Kevin spent seventeen years at Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc., where he held various leadership positions including Vice President/General Manager of Cheese and Vice President/General Manager of Hilmar Ingredients. He eventually served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at the company.
Vogt’s impressive career also includes a twelve-year stint as Chief Financial Officer at Emanuel Medical Center. He holds a degree in Business/Economics from Westmont College and a Master’s in Business Administration from California State University Stanislaus.
Rich Hall
About Rich Hall
Rich boasts a BBA in Business & Marketing and experience leading dynamic, national teams across various company structures, from private ownership to Fortune 100 firms. He spent nearly 20 years with Sysco Foods, earning promotions and serving on their executive leadership team. His most recent role involved leading the nation’s largest Senior Living Foodservice GPO.
William Foster
About William Foster
William, a transformation leader with over 15 years of experience, utilizes technology to drive change and sustainable growth for PRO*ACT. He heads The Technology Group, supporting improvement efforts across all areas of the business. William’s extensive IT and operations experience includes leading company relocations, acquisitions, IT infrastructure migration to the Azure cloud and system installations/upgrades (ERP, infrastructure). He has automated various functions to improve business transactions
Elizabeth Ramirez
About Elizabeth Ramirez
Elizabeth has over a decade of marketing experience driving profitability and brand awareness through innovative strategies and execution. She recently held the role of Senior Marketing Manager at SC Labs, managing product launches, lead generation initiatives and digital marketing campaigns. Prior to that, Elizabeth was Marketing Manager at Driscoll’s, where she developed a global consumer relations strategy and led marketing initiatives focused on consumer engagement and product development.
Mike Gorczyca
About Mike Gorczyca
Mike joined PRO*ACT in 1995 and leverages his 30+ years of produce and food service industry experience to secure consistent product supply for distributors year-round with stable pricing options. Since joining, Mike has progressed through various roles, including Inspector, Account Manager, Food Safety Lead and Sourcing Specialist, culminating in his current leadership position.
Dana Marshall
About Dana Marshall
Dana is an accomplished HR professional with experience in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives to drive organizational growth and employee satisfaction. Throughout her career, Dana has been committed to driving the success of her employer by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ultimately contributing to the company’s overall success.
Prior to joining PRO*ACT, Dana has held various HR leadership roles in both large corporations and start-up companies. She earned a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
